I had read some reviews online- it was a mix of some good some bad so I thought I would give it a shot. I have had two horrible experiences for my annual eye exam/contact eval. First, I ordered contacts through them a month in advance of when I knew I would need new ones. I was getting married and going on our honeymoon and I was "assured" I would get them in time. They told me they would arrive before 2 weeks, well two weeks went by and I never got them or even a call from them about a delay. Three frames in six months, and they broke each time. Never in my life have I had to get frames that many times. I've called to talk to a manager- no response. The drive was 40 minutes each way. Quality of product was not good!

The appt was subpar, none of my concerns were addressed when I asked. I was charged through incorrect insurance, overcharged for unprovided services, and forced to pay in full before I was allowed to see what I was charged for. LONG STORY: I was seen 10/20/21 for an annual. I provided my vision insurance info when I made the appt. When I checked in, the front desk said she doesn't have my info. I gave her my VSP insurance card AGAIN! She lost my card in the 1 minute that she had it so I went into my appt without it and she came back 20 minutes later with it. I read all the numbers/letters with the tech. She asked if I would rather use the images of the back of my eye...read full review
