Joe showed up a little a little early which is always a bonus. I thought I had an insect problem, it turned to be a differnt issue. He gave me advice on how to deal with the problem. Since he did not have to address the issue, I wasn't charged.
Super friendly staff. I thought we had bed bugs and joe came to check out it out right away and free of charge. Took about two minutes to conclude it was not a bed bug problem but instead a spider problem. Thankfully it was a quick and easy fix. Joe was seriously so nice. I'd highly recommend this company for any pest problems!
