Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Can't even get ahold to stop automatic payments. Mailbox is full all the time. Have to have bank stop payment!!! Would rate negative stars if possible.
TerribleCustomer service with zero communication !!! I was forced to switch tax people because this tax company just ghosted and did respond to anything !! While I understand the medical issues , a little communication would of been nice !! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !!!
Worst costumer servive EVER!! People waiting months and months for answers. People wanting to discontinue their monthly services but still getting charged because nobody can get ahold of them ever, and they never respond! Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. These are people's taxes, like come on!Everyone understands there was medical issues this year, that's not the problem. The problem is there is absolutely zero communication. The level of unprofessionalism is so insane to me!
