I recommend RCH to anyone. With a complete old cottage tear down and rebuild on a non-conforming lot on lake Melissa. It was a major issue for permits given the very limited time frame.
RCH was amazing to work with. We had a design that we wanted, with many wants/needs and they designed it and helped us stay within our budget. The entire RCH crew were so kind and helpful through the whole process. They kept us informed during the entire process. This was our first house that we built and I am so glad we chose RCH.
