Tom is AMAZING I had brought my son to him when my son was very young (3-4 yrs old ) and I wasn’t really ready for the boom that got dropped on me BUT thanks to Tom my son was able to get through it and I was also taught how to handle and taught how to help my son better. Pretty safe to say Tom fairly saved us.

Looking back almost three years ago now, Tom has been truly one of biggest blessings to me and my mental health. I struggled with PTSD, and Social/Generalized Anxiety Disorder for the better part of six years starting back when I was in sixth grade. If there was anything he tough me, alongside of all his other amazing strategies, fighting the thoughts was the most beneficial. The thoughts and behaviors I was having were all taking over my brain, and telling myself I'm not letting them control me anymore was so important for my mental health and well-being.
