Any company that makes me sign a waiver saying they are not responsible for damages is a NO-GO! I guess this happens when you franchise! I'll stick with the small businesses when it comes to window cleaning.

Got a lot of attitude today from Callen (window cleaner) for not removing my external screens prior to him showing up. I told him the team has always removed my screens from the outside before and he said that wasn't possible. I told him if he was not comfortable doing to reschedule with someone who was. After many condescending comments from him, I told him to leave. I called the office and they offered me a 5% discount in "the event he was not cordial". I said that will not do and the said the would get back to me. I contacted another more reputable vendor in the meantime and got a 40% lower cost guarantee.
