if it wasn't Otomo's towing tonight I would have been SOL. These guys were AMAZING! I first talked to Logan on the phone who was beyond kind and professional. He helped me understand the process since I was not with my car at time of pick up and later in the evening picked up the phone again for me as I had to call back because my phone died ??♂️ I also got the pleasure of not only speaking with another employee named Matt but also meeting him in person when he dropped my car off. The weather had already laid down at least 5 inches of snow yet Matt was timely with my cars drop off, he managed to back my car up into a spot that only a TRUE PRO could and managed...read full review
I have more than one email. This is a first ever I'm leaving two reviews for a company but it's well deserved. My water pump on Ford Flex failed and had to get it replaced along with timing components. Ottomans ended up saving me $1k compared to other places and Jeremy and Marcus were very friendly and helped me get the best deal and take care of my vehicle quickly. Money has been tight lately so this was for sure a blessing in disguise! Thanks guys!
Great service! Got me in pretty fast to get my Durango fixed. They called me with new info when something came up so I had the choice on my bill rising. I'll keep taking my truck there. Friendly and homey feeling.
