We used this company a few years ago and they went back on their guarantee that they would stand behind us with assistance if we had a dispute with a freight charge. They didn't, and when I tried to get it resolved, one of their accounting people cancelled our account while we were in the middle of the dispute.Fast forward to this year. A sales rep is repeatedly calling the office after having been told numerous times that we don't want to deal with the company and to take us off their list. Terrible service, dishonest leadership and a fly by night company. If these reps come to your door, run don’t walk away.Or ya know, try them and find out for yourself. There’s a reason they have no presence on Linkedin or other social media sites.Good luck!
