Wonderful tasting food. Look forward to each meal that she prepares. I use her catering service and every week I am truly delighted. I have never been disappointed. I would recommend her to any one that is looking for a great tasting alternate to meat.
Chef is extremely knowledgeable, relatable, and helpful. She's a repeat presenter to our congregation and many have benefited from her teaching, including some completely changing their daily diets. A jewel!
Chef Rhoda is simply amazing! In my journey towards being fully vegan, The Platinum Chef helped me with delicious and nutritious vegan meals delivered to me weekly. My favorite is the chickpea pasta with coconut milk sauce and broccoli. It is to die for! Chef Rhoda is also a very positive and hardworking individual exuding radiant energy, and her passion shows in her work. Kudos to The Platinum Chef!
