I so appreciate the care of my team and doctor. They listened to my concerns and helped me understand the best course for my care. In healthcare that is so rare and I am so glad I came to Borgess!!
My 21 month old had a tumble head first (as they all do) and hit his chin really hard on his toddler basketball stand! Borgess Urgent Care on Angling got my baby in immediately, assessed his needs, and thoughtfully and in the most caring way gave him his stitches! They did an amazing job taking care of my baby and myself… because if my babies cry, mommy cries with them <3 We have gone there for years for all my kids because they are such a lovely group of nurses and doctors!!!!
Every person I had contact with was caring, knowledgeable and professional! From reception to completion. Every person was outstanding! I don't know their names or titles, but I greatly appreciate them!
