Previous washer was bought from a big box store. Service was terrible! Our new washer is from Miller Maytag. Excellent customer service and good price!! The gentlemen who delivered and installed the washer were very considerate and professional! Will only buy from Miller's appliance from now on! Family owned is the way to go!

Purchased a washing machine washing machine three years ago from Miller Maytag, service was excellent delivered it installed it and cleaned up if they left any mess. Called them about two weeks ago to see if they could help us with our refrigerator as the icemaker stopped working they had someone out here two days later the gentleman was polite professional. It was very efficient at what he did he had to order a part for it and came back two days later and installed it. and please note we did not purchase the refrigerator from them. But from now on all of our home appliances will be purchased through Miller Maytag.

My 84 year old mother just finally replaced her microwave with MM. She is currently raving about her customer service and install by 2 proficient guys! Thank you for taking care of Marie P! I no longer need to hear her microwave needs replacing. Lol
