Scott came out to fix my maytag washer. He did a great job, took the extra time to let me clean and wash the drum and other parts before he put it all back together. Great service. And I will be a returning customer.

I have always turned to Miller Maytag for my appliance repair needs, but this last need for their help was handled Exceptionally Well by All who assisted me!! Broken Dishwasher is No Fun. Dishwasher failed on Sunday night. I called Monday morning for the needed GE part. It was ordered by the staff and I received the part by 1pm on Tuesday! WOW! (I realize this won't always be this easy, but it was This time!) Thank you So Much for assisting me in getting my dishwasher up and running again So Very Quickly! Kind, Friendly, Professional, and HELPFUL staff.

After a service call from Miller Maytag determining my 7 yr old washer wasn't worth fixing, I went to their store and chose a new washer. After all negotiation I actually got really nice new washer for only $50 more than what I paid for my old washer 7 yrs ago. And an additional component warranty for 10 yrs for free. My service call from this morning was waived as long as I had the receipt. Also got financing for 1 yr interest free. That's a plus also. Great experience. I'm looking forward to replacing my 22 yr old refrigerator and stove next spring!
