This is a wonderful place for Yoga! As soon as you walk in, it feels peaceful and welcoming. Unlike other places that offer lots of classes, The Center is set up to create an atmosphere that supports an environment that is conducive to consistent, focused practice. No treadmills, loud music, etc. There is one group room so only one class can be conducted at a time. It's very quiet and feels like sacred space. Of course, while people are in the waiting area there's a lot of positive interaction. On a Covid-19 specific note, because I have an autoimmune disease, I have to be extra careful. I Love the teachers & the classes that are offered! I hope that a Sunday morning Yoga class will come soon! It's a day I restart, reset, rejoice but I can not make the Sunday evening Yin. I hope this suggestion can be added to the schedule! Great place to find an hour of Stretch & Breath

I have not been to Yoga in two years and am also the heaviest I have ever been. I was worried about being able to keep up. I attended the Sunday night Candlelight Yoga and was very pleased. It was slow paced, not to short of a or to long of a stretch. Right when I was feeling I couldn't hold the position anymore we moved on. Highly recommend for those who are nervous about trying Yoga!
