I'm so proud of my husband. He has morbid obesity, hypothyroidism and two bad knees bone to bone, yet Sam has kept him stedfast and motivated for a year now. He has lost 40 lbs.!Sams training has given him the confidence and stamina he needs to keep going no matter what! I love this new man of mine all over again!!!
Juan is my trainer and he is pleasant and professional. I hadn't worked out in many years and I am pretty out of shape. But he was patient with me and yet encouraging me to do as much as I could. He didn't let me slack. I know in due time I'll get better and stronger. No pain no gain��
Sam doesn't pressure u or push u over your limits. He makes you feel comfortable and doesn't put all his attention on one person. He lets everyone do their own thing while giving us that extra umph.
