I could not believe the horrible conditions the ferrets are being kept in. There were like 5 flies in their enclosure and poop all over the place. You could tell the poor things are miserable

Tried the new pet food delivery service and it was a catastrophe. The website didn't allow for the delivery customization or any options. The website indicated a different time/date when I ordered than the confirmation email indicated. When I called the customer service line to see if I could just pick up the food since I had no idea when it would actually be delivered, the customer service representative indicated there was nothing they would do to amend the situation. When the food did arrive, the Petco packaging was completely falling apart so i had to wrestle the bag on my porch to get it inside.
