Demi is very good at customizing your yoga experience to fit your needs. I'm not your normal Yogi as far as size goes and she has always made me feel comfortable and altered any poses to fit my stature. She made a yogi out of a big meat head gym rat.
Demi is very knowledgeable not only with the yoga poses but also the human body. She offers variations throughout the class that make it possible for people of any level to keep up and enjoy the classes. She conducts every class professionally and passionately. She is very approachable and willing to help with all of your questions before and after class. I highly recommend these classes.
Demi's classes are so wonderful! I have been going to them for almost a year now and after becoming pregnant, Demi has helped me to continue my yoga practice safely through each pregnancy stage. While she doesn't have a prenatal class yet, don't let that stop you. She's very thoughtful and includes modifications that allow you to join in with the classes safely. The relaxing yoga is easy to follow and I've even been able to challenge myself with modifications to follow along in the power yoga. Hope to see more fellow pregnant yogis in class.
