When I went to regular doctor my blood test became worse and worse. I found Dr Shields from integrative wellness center. After 2 weeks when I started using the suggested supplements and diet I started feeling better. I stopped drinking coffee and followed his regiment. It was not easy but after 2 months I lost more than 20 pounds. I stopped using high blood pressure medication my acid reflux is almost gone. My second blood test was better. My rosacea is almost gone. I gained a lot of energy. I also worked with Dr Simmons, he listened to my concerns and was very helpful.
