I sent in my ball-screw to Robert's for repair /replace ,JOE decided to take matters into his own hands and refuse to repair my ball screw and to make matters worse, he conveniently lost my lose parts that were shipped with the ball screw, just so he can make a case for himself to sell me a new ball-screw( at 3 x $) . His business model is based on lies and ripping people off.Fortunately for us we have located the right business for the job and they will repair and replace the missing parts within 48 hours.Shame on Robert'sI would advise anyone to stay away , they are a dishonest bunch.
