The best yoga classes for your body, soul, mind & spirit! Such a calming atmosphere with great energy. Heather is an extraordinary teacher who has innovated new kinds of classes that are so awesome. You can learn a lot here and come out a more refreshed person from the inside out. I do HIIT many days a week and was constantly sore or injured until I started learning how to practice yoga from heather. Highly recommend the yoga classes and goddess sessions. When I step onto the street after class everything feels magical and happy. I have tried several studios around the area and while they've all been great Little Lotus is truly something special and not to be missed!

Love, love, love this small intimate studio! Heather, the owner is a great teacher! She gives great direction with modifiers for every level. This is the third yoga studio I've tried and this is by far the best! She has helped me regain so much strength and flexibility after getting injured last summer. Heather also is a massage therapist and does a great job! Her massages are wonderful!

If you are in need of a experienced master of the body, try Heater Cutlip. She performed a massage I could not believe. She inquired about the area of concern, worked the area, while giving attention to my whole body. Can be very gentle or very aggressive depending of the type of massage you request. Offers head to toe relaxation. I left the office feeling like jelly. Very friendly easy going, easy to talk to if you want. Will be returning, and have already recommended to several people.
