Worst place to deliver. Had to wait 4 and a half hours to get unloaded while drop trailers were being worked on. Asked the workes they told me the next shift would get me. Absolute joke
Horrible place to unload. Shipping guy said the 1 hour window time they have does not matter. They unload dropped trailers before people in their trucks in dock. Second time here and last time. First time took 4 hours and second time is over 4 hours. They say they get the parts they need unloaded first doesn’t matter if it’s hours after your appointment. Ford employees need their hands held while they work.
