Some troglodyte left a dark brick in the middle of the road, which led to me ripping a front tire on it. Luckily, I called roadside assistance, which connected me to an Elite Roadside employee, Alex. He got to my location super fast, was extremely professional, and had me back on the road with my spare within 10 minutes. Much appreciated!
I thought they were good. They came to unlock my car after I locked my keys in it at midnight. I waited about 30 min and they were able to get it open. They really came through for me. Otherwise I would have been stranded. The price was reasonable.
I had never used Elite before and they were dispatched by my insurance company. The driver, Doug, was very professional and helpful. There was an unforeseen last minute change in destination and Doug and the dispatcher were flexible in accommodating the change.Service: Car towing
