Jon Ann is the best! She is knowledgeable in all areas of the body and is very thorough in her approach. I (27 male) went in for leg pain that had been lingering for many months caused from both running and working a desk job. She identified that I had alignment issues that were causing the leg pain. She created a personalized exercise routine for me to build up strength in the areas I was weak in. I have been pain-free since my visits. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Jon Ann is truly a gifted therapist. She treats the symptoms but pays attention to details and makes sure to find and treat the root cause of the problem. She takes her time, is caring, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She makes sure I understand my condition and what will improve it.
