Fast and friendly service! We had a minor repair that needed to be done on our laptop that geek squad said we had to make an appointment for, but Kismet took it straight back, looked at it for less than 15 minutes, fixed it, and didn't charge us because it was such a minor thing. Great business. Will go to again. Worth the drive

My gaming PC was completely dead and would not turn on after an overnight power outage. Kismet was able to diagnose the problem as a broken power supply and replace it in the same day, once I got the correct replacement part from Best Buy, which they researched and directed me to. They were very fast to respond and fix the problem and I was using the computer again the same day. The price for the repair was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and go back for any future problems. I couldn't imagine a better customer experience.
