On March 4th Quinn did my hair. I asked for goddess faux locs. I assumed that they would turn out great like they did the first time she did them, but anyone can tell that this was rushed. My parts are way bigger than I wanted. I asked her to do my hair exactly like she did the first time. Quinn said it was no problem. However, while she was doing my hair she received multiple calls from other clients asking if she was available to braid their hair that day. She hesitated with them, but told them to come in. I was looking for a braiding salon without the wait called and the owner assured me that she could do my hair. Once I arrived I had on flip flops and one of my shoes ripped lol the owner was pleasant and had given me a new pair of flip flops. I showed her the hair style and she made sure it was done 100% correctly. I absolutely love my hair and her overall customer service was excellent! I definitely will be going back soon.

I wouldn't recommend this business to NO ONE. Buyer BEWARE. I've received services from this stylist 4 different occasions. Two of the hair styles I absolutely love and the other two I wasn't please with the outcome. I gave the stylist a photo of what I wanted and she gave me something totally different than the photo that cost me $180. When I return to the shop to discuss my concerns she tells me the hair style she gave me is better than the photo. (What a joke) However, another stylist re-do the top of my head only into smaller braids but did absolutely nothing to the back of the head.
