EXTREMELY thorough home inspection! I have had several (so sadly, I came ready to "supplement" the inspection myself only because I've experienced subpar workmanship). But Your Home Matters left no stone unturned, took his time, took clear photos, documented code deficiencies/observations and recommendations in the report, and thoroughly explained each detail of the inspection while highlighting the impact of those vulnerabilites to me as a buyer. The inspector was on time, hos demeanor was professional, and the pricing is competitive. Best inspection service, hands down. This company's contact is one to keep AND proudly refer to others.

I met this company in 2012 when my clients called them directly to arrange an inspection after all the usual inspectors I would suggest were booked. Stephan did a thorough job and he has been one of my go-to vendors ever since. He even inspected my personal home when I purchased it.

Your Home Matters Property Inspection Service, LLC has serviced my clients for over the past ten years. They give a through inspection, but not only that they very patient with the client and explain the functionally of the home systems, answering questions and just being a resource to the client long after the inspections.
