we use one of their unlimited plans since birds p*** on our vehicles a lot. As a general rule this place is fine. I think they need to check a few of the rinse nozzles..we still have soap on the car quite often...or maybe program a pre-rinse cycle into the machine before the exit shower..
Normally ok, but recently selected the $16 wash. Put $20 in the machine and it gave me the lowest price wash and no change due to no change in machine. Called the phone number on the website and no response.
Since their upgrade, I have zero complaints! I have a full size truck and it does a great job....rim cleaning could be a little better. All in all great job and well worth the money!
