I called looking for a specific treatment. I was told they needed to see me first. I came. Sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes, and when I was seen, the dermatologist told me they didn't offer that treatment. Other dermatologists just said they dont have the treatment right away. Here, they charged $129 for that. Crazy. Feels a bit like a machine that just processes.

Dr. Lotsikas has been our dermatologist for at least ten years. We have moved farther away, and gone to others, but have always come back to her. She has a sensitive but confident bedside manner and can explain her thoughts and procedures in a way that is both detailed and understandable. Today was my follow up visit. On attempt THREE of returning a missed call from that office since Tuesday, I waited 10 minutes on the phone listening to a recording BEFORE having someone answer the phone ONLY to tell me they don't know what the call was for ... They don't give you their name when they answer & I feel it's because they don't want to be held accountable. I am a Front Desk Manager for my employer and NEVER WOULD I EVER let anyone in my office be inconsiderate to ANY PATIENT or VISITOR. They DONT SMILE OR SPEAK UNLESS THEY ARE COLLECTING YOUR COPAY.
