I recently visited this establishment to get a hair color dye. Toya, she is amazing! The rest of the staff are welcoming and friendly. Being a male, in a salon can be awkward sometimes but I felt right at home. From the beginning to the end of the process I was 100% satisfied. I don’t normally do reviews but I really think it’s worth it to shout out those who treat you well, satisfy your needs and are customer service friendly and savvy. Thank you Toya! I will be back soon.

I've been a client for approximately 18+ years and typically don't give reviews as they are subjective. However, after reading some of the negative reviews, I felt a little remorse if I didn't give my personal feedback. There are times where I didn't have an appointment with my stylist and she squeezed me in. With that, I knew that there would be a wait and packed my patience. There have been times when I made an appointment for a particular service and get there, and add additional services which absorbs more time that was allotted. So again, patience. I have been going to The HairSpa since they have been opened in the Woodmore Town Center. In addition, I have been getting my hair done by the owner for 20 years now. I truly enjoy going there and watching all the stylists create fabulous hairdos regardless if it's short, long, lace front weave, or braids they can do it ALL! I can say their work is very consistent and prices are reasonable. The HairSpa stylists are up to date on the new techniques and specialized treatment to ensure their clients hair is not only fly but also healthy too! I would recommend the HairSpa without any hesitation. You will not be disappointed.
