Yes, I'm a grown woman and yes, I got the soft rubber tip of an earbud stuck in my ear while I was at work. The staff at the front desk Kuanta, Ada, and Sydney, handled everything with professionalism, courtesy and a little bit of humor! They were honest about a 2 to 3 hour wait time and because I worked close they even texted me when it was time for my appointment! The doctor was wonderful AND successful. Thank you all.
UMD Urgent Care continues to be our go-to organization for quick and routine medical needs. Their scheduling tool works well, minimizing wait times. Staff are personable and helpful.
I love this office. It is consistently well run and organized and keeps people safe. The girls at the front desk are efficient while maintaining kindness, consideration and care. Easton office is a credit to UM and a blessing to the community of Easton. Thank you for this opportunity to praise this office and staff . Update. Went today, 1/21/24. Ditto to above. I would go visit this place even if I wasn't sick. ALWAYS the kindest people, efficient, caring and their wait time is exemplary!!! Management should be very proud of their Easton location and staff.
