GO! Wash - Car Wash

Took a day trip to visit family in Cambridge today and decided to stop at Go! Wash. I puchased a wash and was told there was a temporary outage for a nonessential component, however, i opted to proceed anyway. When I came through the exit, an employee (Cameron i believe) explained their situation, and offered to spend more time manually cleaning my vehicle with her team, as well as allowing me through the wash for an additional cleaning cycle. Not only that, but she also presented me with a voucher for a free car wash for a later date. Felt like that was exceptional customer service and will continue to use that car wash and other locations in the future.

The facility itself is still amazing and clean. However,I have noticed that the new staff are not as dedicated like previous staff. They barely wipe your car down after the service. my car was dripping wet when I left. I hope it gets better because this car wash has excellent service. I still left a tipServices: Auto detailing

I went there with a furry beast of a dirty car and they did an amazing job cleaning it. I paid $20 for an interior clean and vacuum and a very nice woman did a million times better job than i have had done when i paid to have my car detailed.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
