My first experience a year ago was amazing but this time it was Awful customer service. I have come here twice for them to turn me away. Telling me they ordered something. And then the second time they told me they did not order it and I had to wait even more time. Very disappointing.
Koshi is pretty great. She stayed with me until 11 pm and got me a phone to use because I had a flight the next morning for a month sabbatical. She was kind and thoughtful. I see all the bad reviews and I don't know if folks were dealing with a different person or what but Koshi went above and beyond to help me.
This is the 15th time I have tried to get my Samsung phone fixed I have insurance through Verizon. Not only this store but one in PATOO they never have the part and they do not offer to order and call u when its in... at this store I have tried 4 times unbelievable
