Chesapeake Serenity Massage is absolutely amazing! I have been several times and have seen both Heather and Jen. Prior to going to Chesapeake I had seen two chiropracters, an acupuncturist, a pelvic floor specialist and a physical therapist for postpartum pain. A few sessions at Chesapeake is what helped me the most with recovery. I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a session. I wish I could go every week :)

I walked into Chesapeake Serenity a big ball of stress. As soon as I laid down on the table my stress started to disappear. I was so relaxed even though my muscles were getting the deep workout they needed. I could have stayed on that table all day. I left all my stress at Chesapeake Serenity and walked out a new person!

I saw Jen Jones for the first time yesterday for a 90 minute massage. I was looking for tension relief through the shoulders and back as well as sciatic pain relief. Jen really worked some magic and was able to really dig in to get those knots out and help relieve the tightness in my right hamstring as well as erasing the sciatic flare up I was experiencing. I will definitely back back to see Jen in the future. She really does run her business in a very professional manner.
