The place is renovated and neat. Many rules put in place and enforced to keep the bad guys out and to restrict the insensitive and lawless residents from intruding into the wellbeing, safety, health and security of others. Excellent 24 hour security and front desk services. Management is trying its best and is improving year after year. The maintenance team is below average for now, but used to be better. The cleaning company taking care of the place is doing a wonder job. A new playground for kids. A new basketball court and a renovated tennis court, not yet open for use. I would say it’s bougie on a budget it has a semi high class look in the lobby. But as he walk towards the elevator it smells like kitty litter I’m not sure what that smell is. The elevators need to be revamped. As far as the area it seems to be decent.

Ruane is very professional and offers solutions to issues in a pleasant manner. She treats the residents with respect. the board of directors has been slow in addressing problems with security, land lighting.. This makes the job of the front office more difficult.
