Jack Sullivan is an outstanding home inspector. He identified and proposed resolution for every issue he identified when we purchased our new home three years ago. He wrote a detailed report with pictures that we use to address maintenance issues. In addition he a lifetime agreement for free consultations. We recently had water leaking in our basement under the clothes dryer booster fan and we sent a picture. Jack quickly identified the problem was the booster fan. Cannot say enough GREAT about Jack and his expertise! My entire family has utilized his home inspection services throughout the years when purchasing homes. Recently we hired Jack to inspect a home after we already owned it to help us put together a To Do list of items to make sure the home would be efficient and safe. So detailed and knowledgable! Family owned operation and easy to work with. You can't go wrong with Jack!

We've used Jack and Elizabeth's service for 2 locations already: 1) a general inspection for an older townhome and; 2) a pre-drywall and final inspection of a newly built Ryan townhome.We were enamored by Elizabeth's timely logistics and Jack's exceptional service!The quality of service from the first time to the next was unwavered.
