Arrived for a blood draw mid-morning, the waiting room was full and I waited about 10 minutes (impressive line clearing). The blood draw operator was the best I've ever had. No pain, quick and kind. Not even a bruise on my arm after. Hands down the best blood draw I've ever had (and I've had plenty). The facility was clean and the front desk was professional and caring.

Milford Regional Urgent Care in Hopkinton and Whitinsville are both great. Both doctors I had were fantastic and helped me with problems after years of searching for some kind of direction or answer. The front desk staff are very pleasant. I really appreciate being able to look up wait times online to see which location is less busy. I won't go to any other urgent care after receiving such great treatment!

Thank you Jason and staff for such a great easy experience. Professional and excellent bed manor. From Donna at the front desk to the nice lady i forget her name. y'all were so good. I've been here several times (unfortunately) and every time i've gotten great treatment!
