Ed came to do a mold inspection at a residential property I am under contract to purchase. He was able to come for the inspection on a tight timeline, his services were priced fairly, and he was very thoughtful in his communication during his time with us. Ed provided a great deal of insight into our situation and took the time to explain details and allow us to ask questions. I reached out to Ed for air sampling and information about mold. I almost feel silly writing a review.. he's got so many 5 stars! I didn't use Ed for his services but he was very, no EXTREMELY, helpful with a situation i was having and would not hesitate to use him for any inspection needs. He's very knowledgeable (i was looking into a mold situation with my landlord) and generous with that knowledge. Not only did he make it very clear what he could do for me he explained how mold works, the remediation process and what i needed to be on the lookout for if my landlord went with someone else (which she did and i didn't trust their results). Mr Wagner is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his inspections. He spent several hours walking me through the process as he did his inspection, informing me of his findings along the way and explaining everything in great detail. When all was said and done I was left feeling much more informed on the intricacies of the home inspection process. I would very highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and professional home inspector.
