I called Valley and Vines when a business I thought was another local florist, was not able to complete my order (T——-y’sFlorist) and did not let me know until after 5pm of the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. It turns out that I had fallen into the trap of an out of state florist trying to look like they were local. Carolyn at Valley and Vines was wonderful! In spite of bad weather she made a beautiful arrangement and delivered it the same day. She even sent me a photo of the arrangement before she delivered it. Beautiful Flowers!!! My cousins and I surprise my Grandmother with roses on Christmas Eve ever since our Grandfather passed. I called the day before right when she opened and had the most beautiful bouquet made in 20 minutes!!!! The owner is extremely nice and I will definitely be calling her again. My Grandmother cried when she saw them. Thank you again for making our Christmas Eve morning special!

Just experienced this shop for the first time in a very swift and dire moment. Great personality and super accommodating to my timely and specific needs!! Very professional, can't wait to see the picture of the finished product! I've heard nothing but beauty!!
