First, I want to Thank Jeff and his team for getting me back on the road last Thursday. I was traveling from Florida back to East Texas when a rear brake caliper went bad, and I had virtually no rear brakes when I pulled into his shop at 4:30 on Wednesday evening. Jeff had one of his team members look at my car, diagnose and determine what was needed to get me back on the road. The parts showed up Thursday morning, and they made the repairs and got me back on my way to East Texas. Needless to say, the service was Fantastic and the pricing was Very, very fair. Let me start by saying that I NEVER let anyone else work on my vehicles; however, Jeff and the crew at Ultimate Auto are beyond AMAZING! I've never used their services until today, and they've got a guaranteed customer from now on! They saved me over $400 by properly diagnosing and repairing a starter issue that ended up only being my battery needing to be replaced.
