Professionalism is everything to me. So is customer service. Because that’s how you make your money. Why I’m giving a 4 rating? Reason is there’s one young mid age extra dark skin lady who was flat out unprofessionally rude. She was talking about me in her language. Which she didn’t know I understood her with my language translator. She don’t smile nor greet you . She seems very unhappy with her job or herself. Just very angry looking all the time.
