I have been a member at Workout company Houma for 6 years and the staff and members have become like family! It’s a very comfortable place to workout for any age and size person. The smoothies are a great post workout/snack lunch. I love the classes, especially combat ???? keep on rocking WOCO Houma !

Been going to the workout company since I was a kid. This gyms customer service, equipment quality and size is unmatched! Tack on its 24/7 availability, its also super convenient for any schedule. Best gym option in the area

Love love love my local gym! Group fitness classes at the workout co are my favorite! And the best part is getting a smoothie when I’m done working out ?The workout co also offers personal training and weight loss management.
