I'm really getting into the yoga classes all the instructors are awesome, I'm learning so much about myself, it's all about myself,...ty all for being patient with me I'm very emotional sometimes...these classes I leave so much more relaxed , I live a very stressful life,, yoga is life! Namaste

I am a practicing yogi from Houston and was in town from work. This was a great experience and hope I get the chance to come back. The class was small so a lot of attention to proper pose posture.

I love this place! The people make the place! Everyone that comes here are friendly people with good energies. The instructors are wonderful people who really care and want to help you help yourself. I'm a regular and I hope to keep it that way as long as the universe allows. Show up to a class you will not regret it!!!
