Very pleasant from the receptionist to Dr. Nelson. Very pleasant atmosphere.Dr. Nelson was very personal and very upright about all the details down to the devices. I felt as though I was sitting across from a friend and not a doctor. I would recommend Audible and And Dr. Nelson to anyone can't wait until my next visit.
First time checking this place out on Gretna, LA for a hearing evaluation. Dr.Elizabeth is very thorough, informative, has knowledgeable details of what your hearing needs based on your lifestyle skills and your welfare as well.
Very happy with the service I have been getting. Very caring staff and doing their very best for me. Amy has worked with me and I am totally satisfied with her helping me as best she can with my hearing aid. She is excellent. The receptionist is very sweet and accommodating to my needs.
