I have been going to Jay for a few months now and she has not only grown my hair back out but it is healthier than ever. She takes jer time and explains what she's doing and why she is doing it to my hair. I am natural and im use to people saying I have too much hair or it's too thick . She never complained or has a problem she just takes her time and reassures me that my hair is not a problem. She is amazing and I will continue to go to her

I think I'll go back .The stylist and I talk to each other not at each other. Smiles and conversation like older times , both the ladies in there treat you like a person not a number or appointment listing?

Carla made my usually dreaded haircut, and my day much better!A great haircut, just the way I like it cut, fast, scissor cut neat. Good conversation, and polite. I hope she stays at SmartStyle, if she doesn't I'll ask them where she went.
