LOVE my gym. Been attending GHF since I moved to the area. All staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The bathrooms are always clean for those that need to use the showers. Has everything you need but not too chaotic like bigger gyms. Let’s not forget the massage chairs and good music!!!

My wife and I stopped by today hoping to look around and see if we were interested in joining. Allison gave us a great tour of the facility and programs. We were so impressed by the facility and the friendly staff that we joined on the spot! Looking forward to our fitness experience!

An unintimidating gym we started our health journey late December and love coming here. It’s never too packed since it’s open 24/7 and there are an abundance of equipment to choose from.
