Saw the other reviews and honestly I'm surprised. In my 15 years of renting I've NEVER had a BETTER landlord. Just be honest and rent with integrity and I know you can find a home with them. Danielle has gone way out of her way to help us out many times. Going on 4 years with them now. I'll go nowhere else if I can help it.

They are amazing, they helped us get a home with out even being in the state of Kentucky. We are military and we’re travel in the mist of trying to find a place to live. It was so fast we arrived in Kentucky and moved in the same day. If you need anything they are super easy to reach by, phone, text and email, and if something happens they are there the same day to help you! They are by far the best we have ever rented from and we are so very thankful for all they have done for us! They made the transition super easy! We have been so impressed with our experience so far renting with this company. Every time we've needed maintenance completed or had any questions at all, there has been someone in the office to talk to. The maintenence requests have also been completed very quickly and by an extremely friendly maintenence man. I would definitely recommend renting from them if you see a property that meets your needs!
