The sales representative was very knowledgeable about all of the different types of pools and what came with each package. I felt he was honest and straight forward, meaning he wasn't just trying to make a sale.

Mark was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the hot tubs that they have on offer. In fact, we ended up purchasing a Hot Springs Envoy model mostly because of his informative help.

Great delivery experience. The delivery team arrived on time, took their time to move the old hot tub and took extra special care to make sure our new hot tub was delivered without incident! Highly recommend Derrick and team!!!
