I saw Audra Hoheisel, PA for Dr Kalra in allergy/immunology. I was apprehensive as I very much liked the previous PA. Audra was friendly, very thorough, had researched my file in depth, explained things in a way I could understand and respectfully made her case for a treatment I am apprehensive about, without being dismissive of my boundaries and concerns. Not Sure what was going on in the lab,but my mother was standing there for about 10 mins to be check in and then we had about a 30, min wait , there were 6 people ahead of us that had been eating along time..But after the 30 min wait a man was called 3 to 4 times but was to busy talking about his service dog ..My mom then was called back .
