Phenomenal customer service. My daughter had a transmission service urgent light come on while driving the interstate and Troy was extremely helpful in quickly identifying the problem and instructing on a safe workaround until the transmission could be fixed. I needed a new alternator immediately (due to it being bad and my battery not fully charging). I called Troy's and they gave me an extremely affordable/agreeable quote to replace it. They had me stop by that day to see which alternator they needed to get for me, bought it that day for me and fixed my car the next morning. The service was amazing and as a college aged female I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. I'm also not from the area, but based on the service I received I recommend this location to anyone from Emporia and anyone not from the area but looking for quality & quick service.

I was very happy with the service. AAA towed us here and within 10 minutes we knew what was wrong and how much it would cost. By 1:00 the next day we had our car and were on the road again. I felt they were fair with prices on labor and parts. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
