Located just off of Wabash avenue on the corner of 12th Street and Mulberry street, the parking lot of the VFW on the weekdays leads one to believe that this place is a thing of the past these days. This is quite unfortunate considering one can get some of the cheapest and most delicious drinks in town all while relaxing in our cozy and friendly environment. We currently have limited hours due to a rather large decrease of sales in our bar, but this can and will drastically change when business picks up again. Honoring and serving Veterens, their families, and friends. Lots more than a bar. Not generallu a younger crowd, but theyre always welcome. Best prices in town guarenteed. A top shelf poured generously for 3.75. Tip your bartenders!

A warm and welcoming atmosphere if you're looking for a bar hangout spot. Always well stocked and professionally ran. The staff is what really gives the VFW a 5 star rating though... specifically the bartender Bridget. Great personality, very kind, always attentive to the customer's needs and wants, will talk with anyone and listen to anyone, legitimately cares about her customers and is drop dead gorgeous to boot!
