They havent put my pier in yet but every pier install place ive called has been rude and acted like they were to good for me or not accepting new customers.i understand this time of year must be very busy for these types of businesses but i highly recommend this place based on customer service only.I will be posting another comment when my pier is installed! FYI the lady on the phone SUPER NICE! This is my first time living on lake so i knew nothing about piers.She was very helpful and understanding!

My personal experience started mid April when I talked to the man himself. The job was not done as promised in fact when I called the following Monday he had lost my information. Again promised to have work done by May 1 weekend and not done. I again before Memorial Day called and left an extensive message and to this day the work is not done and no communication from him. I am sadly disappointed even though I have heard others like his service when he does it.
