Tail-light guarantee - do not pay final payment until EVERYTHING is exactly like you want it. Would be 1 star except for the excellent woodworking. Terrible follow through. Shawn was a nice guy and the cabinets looked great. But my mom paid with "a couple of things to fix" and then he was invisible. There was missing kick panel and a bunch of spots in the finish that needed repair plus one door that had issues. I fixed the door myself. He promised pre-covid to do it, put it off for 6 months, then blamed covid. Great work but do not make the final payment until you are 100% satisfied or he'll be a ghost.Service: Custom cabinet design & installation
